CPPW Year One Highlights Report Now Available

Last March, the Community Wellness and Prevention Program along with 30 community partners finished the first year of the Communities Putting Prevention to Work grant.

The two-year grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has funded a concentrated effort to make policy, systems and environmental changes that will combat obesity and offer the opportunity for health to everyone in Multnomah County.
